I understand that by purchasing the Black Friday deal, I am bound to the terms outlined but not limited to the below, and that all information provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand to secure the special I'm required to pay a $99 non-refundable session retainer at the of purchase for a boudoir session with Blush’n Booty in 2026. I understand the mini sessions are to be held between 2026/2027. Sessions will be forfeited in not held during this time period.. The image reveal and ordering session will take place after the photoshoot on the same day time permitting, otherwise is to be done the next available Tuesday at 12pm. I understand that the $200 product credit that is included with the photoshoot can only used at the time of the reveal & ordering appointment, if the product credit has not been used it is forfeited and can not be shared across sessions. I understand that the product credit of $200 cannot be exchanged for cash or other, it can not be transferred to another person, session or stacked with any other specials, discounted products or other product credits. I understand that the Collections start from $1520 . I understand payment plans are available and there is limited dates and time slots. I understand that the $99 session retainer is non-refundable so if I miss or cancel my session, I understand that I will not receive the $99 back. I agree to show up on time and attend the session, reveal and ordering appointment on time. I understand that I can choose to agree to sign a model release allowing Samantha McDonough of Blush'n Booty to share the images and any behind the scenes video for advertising purposes such as but not limited to social forums, website, award entries & media. By purchasing this Black Friday Special, I fully acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between myself and Samantha McDonough - Director of Blush'n Booty.
